One of the things that stands out to me the most would definitely have to be the shading on the face. I really love that little somewhat highlighted area on the cheekbone and the slight shadow near it. The shading around the eyes is also fantastic. It really gives the face depth. The eyes also look absolutely beautiful.
You also did really well on all the shadows. At first glance, I really thought it was a photograph.
